The Normal Blood Sugar Curve

When the body receives more sugar (carbohydrates) than it needs, the glucose levels rise. If the body is healthy and doing its job efficiently, it will remove the excess sugar and restore normal balance.

If the body is worn out from abuse, the blood-sugar-regulating system becomes exhausted and impaired. Balance is disrupted.

Imbalance can result in diabetes, hypoglycemia, dysglycemia and literally hundreds of symptoms, syndromes, illnesses, diseases, degeneration and eventually death--all creating years, sometimes a lifetime, of needless suffering.

And now you know. Do you know what your blood sugar is doing? You should.
